Is Cardiovascular Consultants accepting new patients?
Yes, we are. Please call for an appointment.

Are referrals required?
Most patients do not require referrals. A few insurance companies do require referrals, however, so please contact Patient Accounts if you are unsure of your provider's requirements. We will be happy to assist you.

How do I get my prescriptions refilled?
Refills are available during normal business hours. Please allow at least 48 hours for the order to be called in.

What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. If you have questions about your policy, please contact our Business Office Manager at

How will you guard my private medical information?
Cardiovascular Consultants respects your privacy and understands your personal health information is very sensitive. We will not disclose your information to others unless you tell us to do so or we are required by law. To read our entire privacy policy, click

What are your business hours?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We are are closed on most major holidays. If you need to reach a physician after our regular business hours, call 253.939.1230. Our after-hours service will put you in touch with our on-call doctors in case of an emergency.
